Courier picks up the item at your door.
Xiaomi customer service confirmed with me the scratch condition of the product, whether there's a password, and said it needs factory repair.
Then, I received the repaired item.
Really fast, picked up on Sunday, and the repaired watch arrived home by Tuesday morning around 9 o'clock.
Pickup by JD Express, delivery by SF Express.
Bought things on Pinduoduo, when things break, you can only handle these repair matters yourself.

To be honest, the Xiaomi repair experience this time was actually pretty good, fast and no nonsense.

How long did the Xiaomi watch last before breaking?
Used for a little over 10 months. This repair should last quite some time, as the machine is almost completely renewed - the battery, motherboard, and buttons are all new.
